At The Bowtique Co, we take great care to ensure all our products meet high quality standards before they are dispatched. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing an order.


All Sales Are Final


Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, colour preference, or any other non-fault-related reason. All sales are final once an order has been placed.


Faulty or Damaged Items


We will only accept returns or issue replacements/refunds if an item is found to be faulty.


If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing: Support@TheBowtiqueCo.com, making sure to  include:


  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the fault
  • Photographic evidence of the issue


Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.


Conditions for Faulty Returns


  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging
  • Any items damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, or improper care are not considered faulty
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the fault is not verified


 

 

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:


  • Items that are not faulty
  • Items reported outside the stated time frame
  • Items returned without prior approval
